As the President of Powered By Belltech, Larry has helped thousands of businesses grow through business consulting, digital marketing, IT solutions, and web development since 1998. He is also the President of the Bluffs Business Association (BBA), a North Beaches Representative for the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, and the Co-Founder and Chairman of Real Florida Republicans, a grassroots charter focused on outreach, education, and faith-based leadership.
Larry proudly serves as the IT Specialist for the City of Belleair Bluffs and is an honorary member of the Belleair Rotary Club, actively supporting local nonprofits and charitable causes. A devoted father, Larry is raising his daughter Zoë, sharing his love for music, community, and the outdoors.

Under his leadership, the BBA has grown its impact through events, outreach, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the local economy.
Larry Bell co-founded Real Florida Republicans to unite and uplift like-minded Floridians through faith, education, and community outreach. As Chairman, he leads efforts to support Republican candidates, strengthen conservative values, and empower local leaders to make a lasting impact across the state.
A proud member since 2000, Larry Bell serves as the North Beaches Representative for the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce. He actively advocates for local businesses, fosters regional collaboration, and helps lead initiatives that drive growth, tourism, and economic development along our Gulf coast communities.
Larry Bell is an Honorary Member and proud supporter of the Belleair Rotary Club, working alongside fellow leaders to serve the community through volunteerism, fundraising, and local outreach. He actively contributes to initiatives that make a meaningful impact in Belleair and across Pinellas County.
Larry Bell serves as the IT Specialist for the City of Belleair Bluffs, managing the municipality’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital systems. He ensures the city operates efficiently and securely, supporting staff, emergency management, and public services with reliable tech solutions.
As a Committeeman and Founding Charter Member, I actively contribute to the strategy and outreach efforts of the Republican Party in Pinellas County, working to grow the party’s base, uphold our Constitution, and engage future generations of leadership.
Created in partnership with Crabby Bill’s and the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, the Local Beach Guide is a digital hub for tourists and locals alike. It showcases the best of our beaches, from places to eat and play to hidden gems only locals know.
Treasure Coins was born out of a passion for American history, honest commerce, and preserving value through gold, silver, and rare treasures. In partnership with one of the most respected names in the industry, our mission is to provide trusted service to collectors and investors.
I helped create Rising Tide Music Festivals to celebrate music, coastal culture, and community. These festivals not only support local talent but also raise awareness and funds for causes that matter most to us, from hurricane relief to veteran support.
As a greeter and proud member, my daughter and I serve faithfully each Sunday, giving back to the church that has become a second home and spiritual foundation for our family.
As a lifelong musician and the band’s booking manager, I coordinate performances and promote our family-friendly music through Belltech Productions. The Surfin’ Raccoons are more than a band — we’re a local tradition, playing shows that bring joy and unity to our coastal communities.
